Terms of Service

1. The service

FMG provides an AI-powered business growth platform: an AI sales assistant, knowledge centre, QR-based customer chat, lead management, analytics and a public marketplace directory.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give notice before it takes effect.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

You may only register a business you own or are authorised to represent. Plazas and markets may only invite shops within their complex.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use FMG for unlawful, deceptive, adult, gambling or fraudulent activity, to send spam, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and we may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

4. Plans, billing and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partners. Each plan includes a stated allowance of businesses, knowledge items and monthly AI replies. When an allowance is reached the related feature pauses until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

Prices are shown inclusive of any stated taxes at checkout. Plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Wallets, withdrawals and commissions

Wallet balances represent funds recorded on the platform, not a bank deposit, and do not earn interest. Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account verified in your name and may be subject to minimum amounts, fees and review.

Referral and revenue-share commissions are calculated by the platform, held for the published maturity period, and may be reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back.

6. Your content and our AI

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host it and to generate assistant replies for your visitors.

AI replies are generated automatically from the knowledge you supply and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what your assistant tells customers, and for any commitment made through it.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific sales results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, fraud, or non-payment.

On closure we retain records we are legally required to keep, including payment and audit records.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
